Newcomers can look forward to a highly rated hospital and  other medical facilities, vibrant retail areas, quality schools, and  opportunities for a higher education just beyond the front door. Mohave  Community College provides a wide variety of two-year certification programs  and degrees but also houses a branch of Northern Arizona University for  upper-level degree programs. Kingman provides a pleasing mix of older homes and  newer construction.
