A photo identification card such as a driver\u2019s license, passport, or fishing or hunting license is required. Social Security cards are not acceptable. Residents can register or update their registration at several sites including the Department of Motor Vehicles, Municipality of Anchorage City Clerk \u2019s Office or any Municipal library. There is no fee.
