<\/strong>Voter Registration
\n<\/strong>
\nTo be eligible to vote in Michigan, you must be a U.S. citizen, at least 18 years of age on or before the next scheduled election, and a resident of Michigan for at least 30 days prior to the election. The last day to register before an election occurs at 5 PM on the 30th day preceding the election. You do not have to re-register unless you have moved and\/or changed your name.<\/p>\n

Further information and registration are available at any Secretary of State branch office; county clerk’s office; city, township, or village office; and assistant clerks for voter registration.
