However, the  driving test is required for applicants from other countries, including Canada.  All valid licenses and instruction permits from other states and countries, as  well as Washington instruction permits must be presented. Other necessary information includes personal  identification, VIN verification, and odometer reading. Fees vary but may  include filing fee, title fee, plate fee, taxes, service fees, and basic license  fee of $30 for passenger vehicles.
