State Parks & Forests
\n<\/b><\/strong>New York welcomes 65 million visitors a year to its magnificent parks and recreation areas from Jones Beach to Niagara Falls. The state manages 168 parks, 35 historic sites, 76 developed beaches, 27 golf courses, 18 nature centers, and nearly 1,400 miles of trails.
