\nAs one of the nation\u2019s largest area transit systems, CAT offers 536 routes served  360 buses that carry close to 190,000 daily passengers in Las Vegas and Laughlin. Some routes operate 24 hours each day. Purchasing a CAT pass for a select number of days provides a discount on bus rides and eliminates the need for a transfer. CAT has also added bicycle racks on the front of all buses on all regularly scheduled routes for your biking convenience throughout the Las Vegas Metro area. Cyclists can ride to the bus stop, place the bike on the rack, pay the regular low fare, and \u201cmake tracks\u201d with CAT. Combining CAT with bicycle riding helps to reduce traffic congestion, preserves air quality, and provides outdoor exercise.<\/p>\n

\nCAT also offers a shared-ride, door-to-door program available for those residents who are functionally unable to independently use the fixed-route bus system either all of the time, just temporarily, or under certain circumstances. The service is reservation-based and is available to customers that meet eligibility requirements. CAT ADA Paratransit Services operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
