Voting in Indiana<\/strong>
\nIndiana requires that you apply to register to vote at least 29 days before the election. You are qualified to vote in Indian if you are a U.S. citizen, at least 18 years old on or before election day, and a resident in your precinct for at least 29 days before the election in which you will be voting. You must also present a photo I.D. before casting a ballot. Voting in Illinois<\/strong>
\nNewcomers to Illinois are eligible for voter registration if they will be at least 18 years of age by election day, are a U.S. citizen, and have been resident of the precinct at least 30 days. You may register year-round except during the 27-day period prior to an election or two days after the election. Registration is available in a wide variety of locations including Motor Vehicle branches. You will need two forms of identification, one with your current address. Voting In Michigan<\/strong>
\nTo be eligible to vote in Michigan, you must be a U.S. citizen, at least 18 years of age on or before the next scheduled election, and a resident of Michigan for at least 30 days prior to the election. The last day to register before an election occurs at 5 PM on the 30th day preceding the election. You do not have to re-register unless you have moved and\/or changed your name.<\/p>\n
