TAX & LICENSE \/ VOTER RESOURCES

\nTo register to vote in Oregon or Washington State, you must be a United States citizen who is at least 18 years of age by election day and a legal resident of the state in which you are voting. In Oregon, registration must be complete or mail-in registrations must be postmarked 21 days prior to the election in order to vote in that election. Washington State requires that you register 30 days prior to the election. Should you miss the 30-day deadline, you can still register in person no later than 15 days prior to the election. For more information on voter registration or answers to specific questions, contact the Board of Elections in the Oregon county of residence or the county auditor in Clark County, Washington:<\/p>\n
