Voter Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n

DELAWARE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any person who is a United States citizen and 18 years of age or older on or before the day of the next general election may vote if he or she is registered to vote in Delaware. Proof of residency is required for registration, which must be completed within 21 days prior to a primary election. Many options are available for registration, including visiting one of the Department of Elections offices or stopping by a mobile registration site. The Elections Offices can mail out a registration form to you, and newcomers can complete a form at the Motor Vehicle Office. Registration is permanent unless you have a name or address change. Pennsylvania<\/strong>
\nTo be eligible to vote in Pennsylvania, you must be at least 18 years old by the day after the election. You must also be a United States citizen and a resident of your election district at least 30 days prior to the election. Absentee ballot applications are available at courthouses. Call your local county board of elections for further information on obtaining an application. You may register to vote at the courthouse of the county in which you reside. Bring proof of age in the form of a legal birth certificate or drivers license and proof of residency. It is also possible to register by mail at your local municipal office or the United States Post Office.
