Aficionados of the arts will want to mark their calendars for First Thursday, when the North Charles Street galleries extend their evening hours for an open house and cocktail party. Residents and visitors alike can be seen strolling down Charles Street, stopping to sample fine wine and delicious hors d’ourves as they enjoy the visual treat of great art and the company of those who appreciate it.
