Salt Lake City Neighborhoods

Airport Area
Situated in close proximity to Salt Lake City International Airport, major freeways, and the bright lights of the downtown district, this neighborhood enjoys a prime location “in the heart of the city.” In addition to its growing commercial districts and smaller industries, the area is home to the International Center. Stable residential sections like Rose Park and Glendale feature small, well-kept homes in colorful, diverse neighborhoods. Encouraged by the housing demand, newer construction is on the rise.

Downtown Area
The vibrant and long-established downtown area has grown in popularity in recent years.
