Serving both Tangipahoa and Livingston parishes with its flagship hospital in Hammond, North Oaks Health System is recognized among Louisiana’s largest, most progressive community hospital organizations. Taking for its motto “A quiet, alternative way of life” and nicknamed “Strawberry Capital of the World,” the small City of Ponchatoula is probably best known as America’s Antique City. More than 40 antique and collectible shops line an eight block area with treasures from yesterday.
