TAX & LICENSE / VOTER RESOURCES

You are eligible to vote in Hawaii if you will be at least 18 years of age at the time of the election, are a citizen in good standing, and a resident of your voting precinct. Complete the voter registration form and submit in person or by mail to your county clerk no later than 30 days prior to the election. The Hawaii Department of Elections provides a form that you can download and print on the website. If you cannot vote at your polling place for any reason or you will be absent from the State of Hawaii on election day, you may use an absentee ballot.
