Voting in Indiana
Indiana requires that you apply to register to vote at least 29 days before the election. You are qualified to vote in Indian if you are a U.S. citizen, at least 18 years old on or before election day, and a resident in your precinct for at least 29 days before the election in which you will be voting. You must also present a photo I.D. before casting a ballot. Voting in Illinois
Newcomers to Illinois are eligible for voter registration if they will be at least 18 years of age by election day, are a U.S. citizen, and have been resident of the precinct at least 30 days. You may register year-round except during the 27-day period prior to an election or two days after the election. Registration is available in a wide variety of locations including Motor Vehicle branches. You will need two forms of identification, one with your current address. Voting In Michigan
To be eligible to vote in Michigan, you must be a U.S. citizen, at least 18 years of age on or before the next scheduled election, and a resident of Michigan for at least 30 days prior to the election. The last day to register before an election occurs at 5 PM on the 30th day preceding the election. You do not have to re-register unless you have moved and/or changed your name.
