The City of Norwalk is a small city of more than 16,000 residents. Founded in 1817, Norwalk has one of the most architecturally-diverse historic districts in the State of Ohio. New London is thoroughly Midwestern, and the village’s economy is closely tied to agriculture and manufacturing. The village was founded by settlers from Connecticut in the nineteenth century. The City of Willard was incorporated in 1882 and covers approximately four square miles. The City is home to more than 6,000 dedicated local residents who actively work with city government to ensure that the community retains its historic charm and small town feel. Bellevue was founded in 1815 by a small group of settlers from New York. Today it is home to more than 8,000 residents. The city is located right along U.S. Route 20 which makes up its main street. It is located just 15 miles south of Lake Erie with Cleveland 60 miles to the east and Toledo 50 miles to the west. The city is located at the junction of four counties (Erie, Huron, Sandusky and Seneca.  Bellevue offers its residents a easy paced quality of life. It is home to a school district that is consistently ranked as one of the best in that state. In addition the town offers many attractions and activities for its residents including a unique geological feature, the Seneca caverns. This cavern system is located 110 feet below ground and is made up of several rooms, the largest being 250 ft. in length. These are the only caverns of this type open to the public in the country. Housing choices are varied and newcomers will find the city to be a peaceful place to call home.
